One of the best customer service experiences Iβve ever had! Mike was amazing and took so much time to explain all the products to us and made sure we got the perfect record player and speakers for our needs and we couldnβt be happier!

My first purchase from Stereo Exchange showed me the benchmark in New York high-end audio dealer support. Iβve been in the audio hobby for over 27 years, so Iβve learned the difference between a team that actually knows their stuff and one thatβs just moving boxes. I am the proud new owner of Certified Authentic Pre-Owned Wilson Sabrinas in Obsidian Black. Honestly, taking the leap on Wilsons wasn't really on my radar until a credible, certified pair popped up at a reputable regional dealer. That sense of local security and support is the only reason I felt comfortable taking my system to the next level. Right from the first message, the team was straight-up with me. They walked me through exactly what Wilson's Certified Authentic program entails, the Certification work done on the speakers, the warranty, and the realistic logistics. No hard sell, no runaround, and no question left unanswered. Thatβs the kind of foresight you get from decades of real experience. What really set this apart was the installation. Their Certified installer Mike came out to do the Wilson Audio Setup Procedure (WASP). The guy is a total pro - super patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and just a great p

I worked with Stereo Exchange to build a complete audio setup for my apartment and couldn't be happier. The team was responsive, professional, and incredibly attentive from start to finish. They really listened to my needs and managed to create a system that sounds amazing and perfectly matches my home's aesthetics. Rare to find technical expertise paired with that level of design consideration. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-end audio solution.

I stopped in with another designer who wanted to check out the analog interfaces on premium sound equipment for a work project. We didn't realize just how high-end this place is until we were in the door. I shared the reason for our visit an expert named Bob, who walked us around the space, explained the equipment and answered every question we had, even though we weren't paying customers. When I have the budget and apartment for a proper audio setup I'm getting it here.

This was a fantastic first experience at a hifi shop. Not only did Mike make the experience approachable and fun, but I walked out of there with what I felt like were years of hifi experience. He walked us through every price point and technical difference as well as helping us understand the hifi culture. Wether you are in the market for a starting system or for your next amplifier upgrade this is the place to go. Friendly, tailored to your needs and the type of shopping experience that these days is almost impossible to find.
